Do you have a store, and can I collect?

Yes, we do! You’re welcome to visit our store in Ballymoney, Northern Ireland. Just select Click & Collect at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready for you.

What are your opening hours?

We’re open Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm. Please note we’re closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We’re not set up to take phone payments—please order online or visit us in-store.

🚚 Delivery & Returns

How long does delivery take?

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which usually arrives within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). During busy times, please allow up to 72 hours.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes! If you order before 2pm on a weekday, you can choose Next Day Delivery at checkout for just £6.99.

Can I return my item?

Absolutely. If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of the order date for a refund. Please note that the original postage cost won’t be refunded. Most refunds are processed within 48 hours, but please allow up to 7 working days.

What if my item arrives faulty?

We’re sorry to hear that! Just fill out our contact form and a member of our team will be in touch ASAP. You’ll need your order number to get started.

All devices come with a 12-month warranty, unless the item is on sale—those have a 6-month warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers technical faults and hardware issues. It doesn’t cover accidental damage, loss, or water damage.

Definitely. Our customer support team is always here to help, whether it’s a setup question, warranty issue, or anything else.
