What are your opening hours?

Our office and store are open Monday to Friday 09:30 until 17:30.  We are unfortunately Not open Sundays and Bank Holidays.

 

Do you have a store, and can I collect?

Yes of course! We have a store in Ballymoney Northern Ireland.  Just use our click and collect option in your cart and pop in store.

 

What if I received my item faulty?

This is not a problem!... Just fill in the returns form HERE and someone from our returns department will get in touch and resolve your problem ASAP.  Please remember you will need your order number to complete the form.

 

How long is the warranty for?

Depending on the grade and model of the device you will have either 90- or 365-days warranty.

 

Will my phone be unlocked? 

Yes all of our devices are unlocked unless the network are specified.  

 

Will my Sim card fit in the phone?

All models night take a nano SIM.  Your network provider will be able to provide you with the size SIM.  If you have not yet got a SIM please let us know what network you would like in the details section when finalising your purchase and we can provide you with a new pay and go sim.

 

How long does delivery take?

All orders are sent Royal mail special delivery which normally takes 24 hours Monday to Friday but please allow up to 72 hours for this service. 

 

What is your returns policy?

If you received your product and find that you’re not happy with the device, or you’ve changed your mind that’s fine you can return to us within 14 days of date of order for a refund. The original postage cost will not be reimbursed for unwanted products.  Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to process but most refunds will be done within 48h.

 

Can you accept orders over the phone?

Sorry no only payments made via the website or you can call in store.
