If our website has a technical error resulting to an incorrect price for a product, we are not obliged to process the order and you will be refunded in full.

Warranty & Returns

MS Mobiles provide 90 0r 365 days warranty based on the Grade and Model of device.  In the unlikely event that you experience any technical problems with your product, the item’s warranty covers internal, technical issues only. Physical damaged caused to the item after receipt by the Customer, is not covered by the product warranty.   

Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 14 working days from delivery. The goods must be in an “as sold” condition along with any accessories or free gifts received with it. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them.

IP67 Rated and Water Resistance

Although the devices are classed as IP67 rated, water damage WILL NOT be covered under our warranty for any device purchased through us. Use in water is up to the user and no liability will be taken for us should any water damage occur during its use in a liquid.

The warranty starts from the day of initial purchase and if exchanges are issued the warranty will not restart from the date of return. 

If repairs are needing carried out and cannot be fixed and returned within 14 days of return then we will replace with a like for like replacement handset.

We recommend you keep your invoice safe. We would ask you to provide this as proof of purchase in the event of a claim. If you need to use this guarantee please contact us in the first instance and we will do what we can to help.

Xmas Club

We offer a Xmas Club service to those who wish to place an order and pay up for their items. This services allows you to shop our website, securing all the items you love. Check out using XMASCLUB code. This code will enable you to pay a 10% deposit up to the 10th of November then 20% after that date, and the remainder can be paid in-store or over the phone ( 02827141061 ) before Saturday 14th of December 2024. All items need to be paid in full before delivery will be processed or Pick Up. If you wish to cancel your Xmas Club account at any time we do not refund any part of the deposit paid. All Xmas Club orders need to be paid in full by Saturday 14th of December 2024. No discounts can be given on Xmas Club orders. We recommend regular payments are made each week/month up to the date of pick up.  All items should be paid for in full by the end date stated above.
